Daniel chapter 6

Daniel loved God with all his heart. Daniel loved God with all his heart.
When the King made a rule He prayed to God lots of times every day.

The king saw that Daniel worked hard. The king’s other helpers got angry.

Daniel loved God with all his heart. Daniel had broken the king’s rules.
He prayed to God lots of times every day. The king was very sad.
Daniel did what was good and right. He knew he had been tricked.
He worked for the king of Babylon. “His God will look after him,” said the King.

Daniel was thrown into the lions’ den. The king saw that Daniel was safe!
He was not afraid. He just prayed to God. God’s angel had shut the lions’ mouths.
The king could not sleep. He was so sad. The King made a new rule.
In the morning he looked in the lions’ den. ‘Everyone must love God and pray only to him.’
