RESOLUTION GRANTING THE PRIVILEGE OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS TO AVAIL

THE SALARY LOAN FACILITY OF BARBAZA MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE
AND ALLOWING THE UTILIZATION OF BARANGAY CHECK AS FORM OF
PAYMENT FOR LOAN AMORTIZATION.

WHEREAS, this body is aware that Barbaza Multi-Purpose Cooperative is extending

honorarium loan to Barangay Officials under Salary Loan Facility:

WHEREAS, due to financial needs, it was proposed to the body that Barangay Officials be
granted a privilege to avail loan from the said Cooperative,

WHEREAS, the said loan will be paid monthly through deduction from the Barangay officials
honorarium or other form of benefits and issue corresponding Barangay Check out from the amount being
deducted as loan repayment;

NOW THEREFORE, on motion made by Kagawad EDNA G. BASINANG and duly seconded
by Kagawad CRIS JHON SILVA so be it,

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to adopt and approve a Resolution granting the privilege of
Barangay officials to avail the Salary loan facility of Barbaza Multi-Purpose Cooperative and allowing
the utilization of Barangay check representing for the amount deducted from the Barangay officials'
honorarium in connection for loan amortization:
 RESOLVED FURTHER to authorize the Punong Barangay ROSENE M MESA to enter into
Memorandum Agreement with Barbaza Multi-Purpose Cooperative in connection with the Salary loan
provided to any official Brgy. Nuevo Invencion, Barotac Viejo, Iloilo

RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish copy of this Resolution the office of Barbaza Multi-Purpose
Cooperative Btac Viejo, Iloilo for their information and guidance
