AND THE PERTINENT ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE
CERTIFICATE

ln line with the harmonization of the implementation of Presidential Decree

No. 1586 in re: EstabLsh ing an Environmental lmpact Statement Sysfem, lncluding
Other Environmental Management Related Measures and For Other Purposes and
Republic Act (RA) No. 7942, othenrvise known as the Philippine Mining Act of '1995,
the following instructions are hereby issued for the guidance of all concerned:
