Attached in this letter is our corporate membership offer that will secure your company preferred
corporate rates from Anytime Fitness Philippines. Please note that these memberships will be shouldered
directly by your employees who wish to enroll in the program and will incur no cost from your
company’s end.

Terms and Conditions

1. Corporate discount only applies once the minimum required number of memberships has been
satisfied.
2. Payment of the initial fees and monthly dues shall be collected upon joining and can be paid
either thru cash or credit card by the employee.
3. Employees who sign up for the program shall be bound to abide by the rules and regulations of
the club and agree to the terms and conditions indicated in the membership contract upon signup.
4. Bo’s coffee gives consent to Anytime Fitness and its representatives to conduct regular marketing
activities to promote health and fitness to its employees at least once per quarter. This includes
the following but not limited to free health checks, club open weeks, and other relevant activities
to increase the Anytime Fitness brand awareness to all Bo’s Coffee employees.
5. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall remain valid based on the above indicated
period. The discount and other privileges on this agreement shall automatically cease to exist on
the date of expiry pending renewal.
