NARRATIVE REPORT ON SECOND QUARTER DISTRIBUTION OF CARDS 2021 - 2022

Grade and Sec on : Grade 9 Acacia Date Conducted: February 19, 2022
Class Adviser : Miss Eva Carmela C. Escasa
Total Number of Students : 55 A endance: 25

Report cards are a great way for parents to know how their child is performing in school.
The purpose of report cards is to convey informa on from the school to parents about a
student's educa onal progress. Every end of the quarter, schools are having their distribu on of
cards. This is also one of the best ways to communicate with the parents in order for us to give
feedback about the students we are teaching.
Last Saturday, February 19, 2022 at 1:00PM at Room 304, the Grade 9 Acacia’s parents
were invited to school to get their child’s report cards. It started with gree ngs and checking of
a endance. The adviser congratulated and expressed her gra tude for the parents who came.
The teacher men oned that there were 13 Academic awardees from Grade 9 Acacia and she
also encouraged those who did not make it, just con nue working hard. There are 23 students
who need to complete their grades. Parents and Teachers are agreed to have constant
communica on to help their child to complete the outputs they need to submit and send their
child to a end academic clinic for those who are struggling to answer their ac vi es.
Since the school is planning to have the limited face to face classes, the teacher
discussed when it is going to start, who are the students qualified and be priori zed for the
limited face to face class. There were two parents who were willing to send their child to school,
ARMAN PALIS and CARL JUSTIN RANCES. They filled out the parental consent form. Other
parents are reques ng too to put their child’s name on the list but they were told that the
limited face to face classes are for those who don’t have gadgets and having difficulty to
complete their outputs.
Indeed, Distribu on of Report cards is really a big help to give feedback to our parents
and to keep them involved and informed regarding their child’s academic progress. The event
ended with sending report cards for the parents who were not able to a end.
