Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible on the monthly closing and cash management

Prepare payment voucher and update payment list proposal to seek approval for
releasing.
Cheque preparation and payment instructions
Daily reconiclitation with Bank Statement
Assist in finalization of year end audited accounts and liasing with auditor for items
related to bank transactions
Responisble in CAPEX monitoring to ensure CAPEX request is within the approved
budget
Liase with user and procurement for any discrepancy.
Responsible in cash book management and reconciliation
Responsible in Accounts Payable; verify invoice, generating payment voucher, AP
reconciliation
Any adhoc assignment by Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,

Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in MENTAKAB.
