Safety committee meeting was scheduled by the IMS Coordinator well in advance and all
members were actively participated in the meeting. Meeting was chaired by Lead
Operations – Mr Vivek Agrawal. All safety members were gathered by 10.30 AM at
Conference hall and discussed about the above agenda. Lead Operations explained the
purpose & objective of safety meeting and safety committee member start explaining the
issues related to safety.

1) Since this is the first Safety meeting after incorporation of ISO 45001: 2018
standard, Lead operations advised the ERT members to start track all incidents /
Accidents & near mis cases
2) Record to be maintained in Incidents / Accidents & Near mis cases
