1.What is EDUC 206 all about? Why is this subject important in the educational
system?
Answer: EDUC 206 is all about School Community Relations. This subject is
important in the educational system. Its helps in understand the unique of their
students. It takes parent’s active involvement and quality community
relationships to inhance the teacher-student relationship. Teachers can
understand student better when working with their caregivers, especially
students with unique needs. A great school-community relationship create a
sence of belonging among students, teachers and parents. It increase student
learning opportunities while creating an inclusive learning environment. On top of
that, it creates a great sence of responsibility for all stakeholders.
That means teachers get to know the families they come from, their
needs, how they are helped at home, and the possibilities they have. The direct
relations with parents that teachers can have help teachers understand where
children need help with learning.
2. Give at least 5 legal bases for dealing with stakeholders and the community.

*DepEd Order No.54 Series 2009 Revised Guidelines Governing Parents-
Teachers Associates (PTA’s) at the School Level.
1.General Policy. Every elementary and secondary school shall organized a
Parents-Teachers Association (PTA) for the purpose of providing a forum for
discussion of issues and their solutions related to the total school program and to
ensure the full cooperation of parents in the implementation of such
program. Every PTA shall provide mechanisms to ensure proper
coordination with the members of the community, provide an avenue
for discussing relevant concerns and provide assistance and support
to the school for the promotion of their common interest.
The PTA shall also submit to the School Head not later than
November 30, a mid-school year financial statement report
ending October 30 duly audited and signed by the members
of the PTA’s audit committee.
2.Republic Act 9155 also known as the Governance of Basic Education Act of
2001 provides legal basis for all learning leaders to take actions on establishing school
and community and encouraging active participation of teachers, non-academic
personnel of public schools, and parents-teachers-community association in RA 9155
states that partnership between School and community. improvements may be achieved
and sustained are provided.

4. Give at least (5) problems you have encountered in your school and how do you
solve them.
The problems that I have encountered in Casulucan Este Elementary school are the
following:
To solve this problem. It was discussed in the meeting with the principal and all faculty
staff that during classes hours students are not allowed to be noisy.
2.Exam Stress
To have solution to this problem to overcome exam stress I start revising early. The best
way to overcome the fear or stress of exams is to start revising early. Create a study plan.
This also a very important step to keep exam phobia away. Take small breaks. Get enough
sleep.
3.Bullying
I start by dedicating time each day/week, to checking in with them and talking about
their school life, friends and issues that are important to them. Parents should
report bullying to the school, and follow up with a letter. Either calmly tell the bully to stop
bullying or simply walk away. Avoid being ... Steps will be taken to either punish the bully or set
up mediation to resolve the issue. Know that other kids in your school are experiencing the
same problem. Offer a safe environment for students to discuss problems they may have with

6.What are some of the projects made by your stakeholders? How did they
manage?
The projects made by our stakeholders are the following : The school
gate and logo with complete name of school made in stainless, comfort
room in every room, repair of windows, plant box in the garden, washing
area and vegetable fence, small Bahay-Kubo in the garden, compost pit
and materials recovery facility. They manage this by conduct purposeful
stakeholders analysis, they communicate effectively, consult each other
regularly and involve stakeholders in decision making. Those with an
interest in your project’s outcome. They are the groups of people within the
school community. They are commonly students, school board members,
support staff, etc. Primarily, the success of a school depends on those
community member.
