The COMPANY STAM is doing maintenance without any kind of control. There are chemical product
and oil placed without retention trays; the containers are open without roof. There are leakages of oil
over the ground. All the area is contaminated. They have to follow all the environmental procedures
and mitigation measures

ALL CHEMICAL PRODUCTS HAVE TO BE IDENTIFY AND BE OVER A RETENTION TRAY.

ALL HYDROCARBONS (OIL ANG GASOIL) HAVE TO BE IDENTIFY, BE SET IN CLOSE
CONTAINERS, WITH A RETENTION TRAY AND UNDER A ROOF.
THE AREA OF THE OIL HAS A CONCRETE WALL BUT IT IS OPEN, SO THE LEAKS WILL GO OUT
OF THERE. CLOSE IT OR CREATE A STEP.
ALL MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET HAS TO BE AVAILABLE FOR WORKERS AND ALL THE
REQUIREMENTS HAS TO BE FOLLOWED
STAM HAS TO DO A TRAINING ABOUT HOW TO HANDLING HAZARDOUS MATERIAL (SEND
THE ATTENDANCE SHEET)
ALL THE CONTAMINATED SOIL HAS TO BE REMOVED FROM GROUND, STORAGE AS
HAZARDOUS WASTE AND BE GIVEN TO A HAZARDOUS WASTE COMPANY
THE MAINTENANCE IS FORBIDEN BUT IN PROPER AREAS, STAM HASN’T GOT ANY PROPER
