7. Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information

Under the laws and regulations of your applicable country or region, you have the right
to request access, correction, or deletion of any personal information related to you
that we hold (hereinafter referred to as "requests"). These rights will be subject to
specific exclusions and exceptions as defined by applicable laws.

To process your request effectively, we require the following:

1. The request is submitted through our dedicated request channels and, for the
protection of your information security, your request should be made in writing
(unless local law explicitly recognizes verbal requests).
2. Provide sufficient information for us to verify your identity, ensuring that the
requester is the subject of the requested information or a legally authorized
person.

Once we have adequate information to process your request, we will respond within the
timeframe prescribed by applicable data protection laws.

Specifically:

● You have the right to clear, transparent, and easily understandable information
about how we use your personal information and your associated rights. This is the
purpose of this Privacy Policy.
● Based on your request and applicable laws, we can provide a free record of your
personal information that we have collected and processed. If you make additional
requests regarding this information, we may charge a reasonable fee based on
applicable laws and associated management costs.
● If you believe that any information we hold about you is incorrect or incomplete,
you may request that we correct or complete it based on the purpose of use.
● Under applicable laws and regulations, when we no longer have a reason to continue
using your personal information, you have the right to request that we delete your
personal information. We will evaluate your deletion request and take appropriate
steps, including technical measures, if it meets the requirements. Please note that
due to legal and technological limitations, we may not immediately delete relevant
information from backup systems. In this case, we will securely store your personal
information and isolate it from further processing until the backup can be cleared
or anonymized.
● You have the right to refuse certain types of processing, including processing for
direct marketing (including the use of user profiles) and, in some cases,
processing of personal information based on our legitimate interests (including
user profiling).

Specifically, under certain jurisdictional laws:

● You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal
information. We will evaluate your restriction request.
● You have the right to object to processing based on automated decision-making,
including profiling, which may have legal effects or similar impacts on you.
● You have the right to request the transfer of your personal information in a
structured, commonly used format to another data controller (data portability).

We have the right to refuse to process or only respond partially to your requests under
circumstances provided by applicable laws, such as clearly unfounded, excessive
requests, or those that would disclose third-party information. In certain cases, we
may charge a fee as permitted by applicable laws. Requests for deletion of information
that may prevent us from lawfully using that information to establish, exercise, or
defend legal claims and grounds permitted by applicable law may also be rejected.

Based on the conditions above, we guarantee that you have the following rights
concerning your personal information:

1. Right to be Informed

We publish our Privacy Policy and notify you of how we handle your personal information
in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. We are committed to
ensuring transparency in the use of your information. You can regularly review this
Privacy Policy, receive email and text message updates on the policy, and contact us
through the disclosed means in this policy to learn about the collection and use of
your personal information.

2. Right to Access

You can directly query or access your personal information through our product or
service interface, including logging into your account at any time to access personal
information related to your account. If you are unable to query or access your personal
information or encounter any problems in exercising your right to data access, you can
contact us through the feedback channels provided in this Privacy Policy.

3. Right to Correct

When you find that the personal information we process about you is incorrect or
incomplete, you have the right to request that we make corrections or supplementations.
For some of your personal information, you can make corrections or modifications
directly on the product or service's relevant functional page.

4. Right to Delete

For some of your personal information, you can directly delete it on the product or
service's relevant functional page. For personal information for which we have not yet
provided a self-deletion channel or personal information that we collect and use in
violation of our agreement with you, you can contact us through the means disclosed in
this Privacy Policy and request that we delete your personal information.

Under the following circumstances, you can request that we delete your personal
information:

● If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;

● If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
● If our processing of personal information violates our agreement with you;
● If you no longer use our products or services, or you have canceled your account;
● If we no longer provide you with products or services.

If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify entities that
obtained your personal information from us and request them to promptly delete it
unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations or these entities obtain your
independent authorization. After you delete information from our services, we may not
immediately delete the corresponding information from our backup system, but we will
delete it when the backup is updated.
You may submit a request to withdraw your consent previously granted to us for specific
purposes, including the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information
that we hold or control. Depending on the specific service you are using, you may
contact us to perform related operations. We will process your request within a
reasonable time after you make it, and in accordance with your request, we will no
longer collect, use, and/or disclose your personal information afterward.

Depending on the scope of your withdrawal of consent, it may result in your inability
to continue to enjoy our products or services. However, your decision to withdraw
consent or authorization will not affect the validity of the personal information
processing activities we previously carried out based on your consent.

5. Right to Withdraw Consent

Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see
the "How we collect and use your personal information" section of this Privacy Policy).
You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal
information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information, turning off device
permission settings, changing related product or feature settings, or canceling your
account. Specifically:

● You can turn off device permission settings to revoke your consent for us to access
your device permissions and collect your personal information based on those
permissions.
● We will explain the specific unsubscribe method in the commercial
advertisements/promotional notifications we send. You can unsubscribe according to
the method provided in the information.

If you revoke your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the
corresponding services and will no longer process the relevant personal information.
However, your decision to revoke your consent will not affect the processing of
personal information that was previously conducted based on your consent.

6. Right to Account Cancellation

You can cancel your previously registered account at any time. After canceling your
account, we will stop retaining personal information within the period specified by
applicable law and will either delete or anonymize it unless otherwise provided by laws
and regulations. Please refer to Section 4.3 Retention Policy.

You can also request account cancellation through the"Cancel Account" entry from the
"Account Settings" section of our product.

7. Right to Complain

You have the right to contact us and file a complaint through the channels disclosed in
this Privacy Policy. If you are not satisfied with our response, especially if our
personal information processing behavior has harmed your legitimate rights and
interests, you can also file a complaint or report with the regulatory authorities or
initiate a lawsuit in a court with jurisdiction.

Please note that, for security reasons, we may verify your identity before processing
your request. We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests. However, for
repetitive, excessive, or unreasonable requests, we may charge a reasonable cost. We
may refuse requests that are baselessly repetitive, require excessive technical means
(e.g., developing new systems or fundamentally changing current practices), pose risks
to the legitimate rights of others, or are very impractical. In our response, we will
provide specific reasons for refusal. Moreover, if your request directly involves
matters directly related to national security, national defense, public health,
criminal investigation, or public interest, or it may cause serious damage to the
legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations, we may
not be able to respond to your request.

8. How We Handle Children's Personal Information

We believe that supervising children's use of our products or services is the

responsibility of parents or guardians. However, we do not directly provide services to
children, nor do we use children's personal information for marketing purposes.

According to relevant laws and regulations, if you are a child under the age of 14, you
should obtain the consent of your parents or legal guardians before using our products
or services. If you are a guardian of a child, you should carefully read the children's
privacy statement (if any) and this policy before assisting the child in registering
for or using our products or services.

Most of our products or services are not intended for children under 14 years of age.
We do not identify users' ages and will not actively collect, store, use, transfer, or
disclose the personal information of children under 14 through the Internet or other
means. If you are a child under 14, a parent or legal guardian of a child, or if you
discover through other means that we may have collected, stored, or used information
that includes the personal information of children under 14, you can contact us through
the methods disclosed in this Privacy Policy, and we will endeavor to delete the
relevant data as soon as possible.

Additionally, some of our products or services may require users to enter their
birthday or age information to identify their age, as required by law. For these
products or services that may identify children, we will strictly fulfill our legal
obligations and responsibilities for the protection of children's personal information.

9. Advertising

We may provide you with advertisements. You can receive related advertising content in
our products, as well as on third-party websites, applications, and other channels. You
can refer to the privacy protection guidelines of specific advertising service
providers for more information.

10. How Your Personal Information May Be Transferred Globally

We process and back up personal information through global operations and control
facilities. Currently, we have data centers in India and Singapore. For the purposes
described in this privacy policy, your information may be transmitted to these data
centers in accordance with applicable laws.
We may also transfer your personal information to third-party service providers and
business partners, so your information may also be transferred to other countries or
regions. These global facilities may not provide the same level of protection for
personal information as your jurisdiction, and there may be different risks under
different data protection laws. However, this does not change our commitment to
adhering to this privacy policy and protecting your personal information.

Specifically,

● Personal information collected and generated in our operations in India is stored

in our data centers in India.

If we need to transfer personal information outside of your jurisdiction, whether to

our affiliates or third-party service providers, we will comply with relevant
applicable laws. We implement unified security measures to ensure that all such
transfers meet the requirements of local applicable data protection laws.

11. How This Privacy Policy May Be Updated

We may update this privacy policy periodically based on changes in business and
technology, applicable laws, and best practices. If we make significant changes to this
privacy policy, we will notify you through your registered contact information, such as
email, or through our website or mobile device. We recommend that you regularly check
this page for the latest information on our privacy practices. Continued use of our
products, websites, mobile devices, and/or other services will be considered acceptance
of the updated privacy policy. If we collect more personal information or use or
disclose your personal information for new purposes, we will seek your consent again as
required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to update or modify this privacy policy from time to time. We will
notify you of changes and the effective date of those changes through various channels.
For significant changes to our Privacy Policy, we will post announcements on our app or
push notifications through our devices, or you can view any changes to our privacy
policy by opening the app and going to "My" - "Settings" - "Privacy Policy."

This Privacy Policy is subject to adjustment, but without your explicit consent, we
will not reduce the rights you enjoy under this Privacy Policy.

If you disagree with this Privacy Policy, we will not be able to collect and use the
information necessary to provide services, and therefore we cannot provide you with
normal services.
