MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

Be it known to all concerned that the first party, REYMUNDO G. GARING, residing in Barangay
Nangan, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental and also the Second Party representing the
Department of Education, Governor Generoso South District, Division of Davao Oriental, do hereby
agree to the following:
A. Responsibility of the First Party
1. Serve as volunteer teacher to reach the Alternative Learning System Program.
2. Undertake necessary preparations before teaching to ensure quality experiences.
3. Adhere to the Alternative Learning System standard set by the Department.
4. Submit to the District ALS Coordinator the needed reports.
B. Responsible to the Second Party – Barangay Officials
1. Supervise the volunteer Teacher to ensure that the classes are implemented according
to the standards and guideline set.
2. Provide the necessary instructional support the volunteer teacher.
3. Certify attendance/Daily Time Record and Payment of Teachers Honorarium
Compensation.
4. Maintain active linkages between School District to the Division to draw in support to
the ALS Education Services.
5. For all in consideration of this Agreement, the Barangay Officials shall pay on time the
full monthly honorarium of:
1. One Thousand Pesos (Php 1,000.00) per month for Ten months for the classes
handled with at least 25 learners.
6. The First Party is aware that his/her regularization or absorption into the National
Plantilla is not guaranteed, further, this agreement is valid from March 2023 to July
2023.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties here to have signed this agreement of service on 27th day of
February 2023 at Barangay Nangan, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental, Philippines.
