H. CONSENT AGENDA:

1. Authorization for the Chief Financial Officer to pay Township bills in the
amount of $404,384.63.

2. Approval of minutes of the meeting of June 11th (Agenda) and June 12th
(Regular).
 3. Resolution to CANCEL the total amount of $1,410.50 for CY 2007 and
REFUND the total amount of $220.00 due to wasted water not going into the
sewer system to Ewing Township PBA, P.O. Box 7306, Ewing, NJ 08628 for
Block: 367, Lot: 65 also known as 138 Scotch Road.

4. A Resolution authorizing a CANCELLATION, as recommended by the Tax

Collector, for a water meter being removed in the amount of $75.00 for the
CY 2007 sewer bill for property owner Richard and David DePaola for Block
373, Lot 24 also known as 622 Bear Tavern Road.

5. A Resolution authorizing a Tax Appeal Settlement of City of Trenton vs.

Ewing Township Tax Court Docket #007772-2006, Block 21.01, Lot 59.

6. A Resolution authorizing an installment plan for Apostolic Life Church, Inc.

7. A Resolution authorizing the Simmons Family to hold a block party for a

family reunion on August 11th, 2007.

8. A Resolution authorizing the Conway Avenue and Grafton Avenue Civic

2007.

10. A Resolution authorizing the Saint John’s Baptist Church to hold a block

12. A Resolution authorizing the release of the maintenance guarantee for the
Furniture Mill, (Mill Properties, LLC) subject to their compliance with
specifications outlined by the Ewing Township Engineers Schoor Depalma.

13. A Resolution authorizing the conduct of an off-premise raffle sponsored by

Soroptimist International of Trenton on November 4th, 2007 (Registration

1. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE EWING TOWNSHIP SALARY

ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING LONGEVITY COMPENSATION OF
OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EWING FOR
THE FISCAL YEAR 2007-2008. (2007)

2. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REVISED GENERAL

ORDINANCES OF THE TOWNSHIP OF EWING AMENDING CHAPTER
15, THE LAND DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE, SECTION 29, TO
MODIFY THE USES PERMITTED AND THE REQUIREMENTS FOR
PLANNED DEVELOPMENTS. (2007)

1. A RESOLUTION REJECTING ALL BIDS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF AIR

CONDITIONING UNITS AND REPAIR OF AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
SERVICING THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING.

2. A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS AS PER

N.J.S.A. 40A:4-58 IN THE AMOUNTOF $879,668.

3. A RESOLUTION OF MUNICIPAL TEMPORARY BUDGET (FY 2008).

4. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF 2007-2008 EWING

MUNICIPAL LIQUOR LICENSES.
 5. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TO GRANT THE EWING TOWNSHIP NON-
PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS NO FEE STATUS IN THE RENEWAL OF THEIR
2007-2008 FOOD HANDLING LICENSES.

6. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN INTERLOCAL SERVICES AGREEMENT

WITH THE COUNTY OF MERCER FOR AN ARCHIVES AND RECORDS
