Call Script for opening and closing

Call Opening: Good [morning/afternoon/evening], [Prospect's First Name]. This is [Your Name], your
academic counselor from Amity University Online. I understand you've applied for our online [Program
Name], is that correct?

If Yes: Fantastic! I'm here to assist you in your enrollment process. Could you please how soon you are
looking for the enrollment? I am asking this question because we are starting our preparatory classes
in next 2 days.
If No (Not immediately): that’s fine, can you tell me when you are planning to enroll? We are doing
admissions for the upcoming batch only which will be 2024 academic year. (After student’s concern) I
understand the concern, let me take you through the course.
(Then go with Eligibility Check)

If Yes (Immediate): Great news! Before we proceed, as you know, Amity University upholds high
standards, and there's an eligibility verification process due to limited seats. Could you please provide
the following details?

1. Which year did you complete your 12th/graduation?


2. Which board of education/university did you complete your 12th/graduation from?
3. What was your score in 12th/graduation?
4. Did you have mathematics in your 12th (Only for MCA/BCA)?

If Eligible: Congratulations! You are perfectly eligible for enrollment. Can I know why you are looking
for the course now? (Collect the need of student so that it can be used in closing) Please let me know
what all your doubts and queries are, post which I can help you in enrollment process. (Clarify all his
doubts first. Whatever his first question is that is his pain point so you should pitch him based on that)

(If he missed to ask some mandatory information, please give him those details.)

Note: Answer any additional questions the student may have, then provide essential course details
(ACCREDITATION, PROGRAM OVERVIEW, EXAMINATION), and emphasize PLACEMENT ASSISTANCE
& CAREER SERVICES.

If Not Eligible: I apologize, sir, as per the eligibility criteria, you aren’t eligible at the moment. However,
you can still enroll by taking an eligibility test. I can provide you with the relevant details based on the
program you've chosen.

FEES STRUCTURE: As I told you already, we have only limited seats for this batch, overall fees structure
for this program for 2 yrs/3 yrs is (FULL COURSE FEES). But it’s not mandatory for you to pay the full
fees we have a flexible semester fee payment of (SEMESTER FEES).
Call Script for opening and closing

For Payments you can use your UPI or NEFT Transfer. You can also go with Debit/Credit card for your
payment. If you have credit card, you can also go with Credit card and debit card no cost emi based on
your eligibility. (If student was not ok with all the details) do you have any Bajaj card? If you have that,
you can even use it for payment.

Note: Don’t pitch loan in first place loan can be only pitched by your TL’s from now on they will call
as admission head to all pitched candidates.

(If the student not having any of the above options)


Don’t worry, we have loan partners where you can convert you payment into 12/24 month EMI based
on eligibility and its need some documentation process.
Would you like to proceed with your enrollment now, so that I can guide you for the process as I have
to generate your application from Backend?

IF yes: Please be on hold for some time, I will be transferring the call to the Admission and Finance
department, they will be helping you in the Application and payment process. (Pass your call to TL”S)

If No I need more time for money: I do understand your concern, let’s do one thing if you are fine with
program, you can pay Rs.5000 and block your seat so that you can clear the remaining payment
maximum within 1 or 2 days. As we have only 2 seats left now so that’s why I am asking you to block
your seat at least. Great then, I will ask my admission head to call you on the feedback of this call from
you within today EOD. That time if you have any doubts, you can clear it with him.

Call Closing: I'm here to assist you throughout the process, if you need any clarification in process or
payments kindly ask with me now. (Clear the doubts if student ask anything). Thank you for your

Note:

1) The same pitch must be followed even in regional languages but try avoiding regional
languages pitch, only if candidate request for that you can pitch if not those leads would be
removed from you even if you have pitched fully.
2) If loans pitched by counselors, then leads would be removed and if candidate ask for loan by
himself, you can tell them that “My Finance head will give you a clarity on that” then pass
your call to your TL’s.
3) Rs.5000 is mandatory to collect in first call. If there is no proper efforts given to convince
candidates for Rs. 5000 then also we might audit the call and will remove the leads.
4) Inform the candidates we work on seat basis we don’t have any last date but we are starting
our prep classes in next 2 days so now if you block the seat that’s when we can confirm your
seat.
