The Philippine National Police (PNP) is the armed national police force of the Philippines. It is
responsible for maintaining peace and order throughout the country, including:
Formed in 1991 through the merger of the Philippine Constabulary and the Integrated National
Police.
Has approximately 228,000 personnel serving over 100 million Filipinos.
Headquarters located at Camp Crame in Quezon City.
