Pass the pencil
• Play some music. The children pass four objects (e.g. a bag, a book, a pencil, and a crayon) around the class. Stop the
music in random places. Ask the children holding the objects What is it? The children answer with the correct words for their
objects.
What’s missing?
• Stick the Flashcards on the board and ask the children to say the words. Ask the children to close their eyes and remove
one or two of the Flashcards. The children open their eyes and say which Flashcards are missing.
