Collecting documents from new hires via emails is
an unorganized approach. It becomes difficult to
track how many new joiners have submitted the
document, and how many of the documents are valid
among them. Instead, provide a document portal to
your new hires where they can upload
each document one by one,

approve them individually
on the same portal.
