PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR THE SCHOOL HEADS

I. Rationale

This proposed development program is designed as a response to the recommendations


that were generated from the results given by the school heads who participated in the
study. Specifically, this will help the division offices of the Department of Education in
empowering school heads specifically in managing school finances effectively. This will
also support them in promoting a culture of effective and efficient management of school
finances.
The program comprises different activities areas converging on empowering school
heads.
