SPORT FESTIVAL PROPOSE

CYRA SPORT FESTIVAL

 1. BACKGROUND
Sport is a basic human need as a gift from God Almighty. The development of a sport

cannot be separated from supporting elements, either facilities and infrastructure. The

most important thing in the development of branches Sport is human resource

development. The development of the world of sports in the last few years has been

quite developed rapidly. Young potential has emerged along with world development

sports, this cannot be separated from the participation of several parties who provide

support and space for students to grow their creativity and sportsmanship in a

competition. For this reason, we assume that these potentials require space to

appreciate students, especially in the field of sports, so we at the CYRA Sport festival

intend to carry out a Sports Week activity.

2. NAME OF ACTIVITY
The names of this Sports Week activities are:

“CYRA Sports Festival"

3. ACTIVITY THEME
The themes of this Sports Week activities are:

"Develop a Sports Spirit, Sportsmanship, Solidarity with a Champion Mentality"

4. MEANING AND PURPOSE

The aims and objectives of this Sports Week activities are:

a. Increasing the sportsmanship of the younger generation through Sports Tournaments

b. Establishing and strengthening ties between senior high schools throughout Sumatra

c. Developing a spirit of togetherness and a spirit of nationalism among the people

students

d. To create a healthy body and soul among female students

 5. ACTIVITY FOUNDATION
Based on the Articles of Association and Articles of Organization of CYRA Sports.

7. ACTIVITY TARGET
This Sports Week activity is aimed at all high school level students in West Sumatra.

9. ACTIVITY PARTICIPANTS

Participants in the Cyra Sport Festival (CSF) consist of high school students from West
Sumatera. Participants in each sport are limited. The details of the number of participants are
as follows:

 Badminton : 10 players
 Chess : 10 players
 Basketball : 5 players
 Football : 28 teams (3 internal teams and 25 external teams)

10. ACHIEVEMENT

1st place: - Gold Medal

11. ACTIVITIES COMMITTEE

The Cyra Sport Festival (CSF) activities committee includes all responsibility person 2023
development high school students and representatives from departments.

12. ACTIVITIES FUNDING BUDGET

The source of funding for Cyra Sport Festival (CSF) activities is obtained from the treasury
of CSF responsibility person. The event cost for about Rp 95.000.000, - includes :

- Register fee : Rp 300.000,- / team (each school)

- Equipment : Rp 25.000.000,-
- Place rental : 7.500.000,- / day
- Consumption : Rp 270.000,- / team
- Prize total : Rp 50.000.000,-

13. CLOSING

We have reached this part and made this proposal, as material for participants in this event. If
there is unclear information regarding this activity, the activity organizing committee is ready
to be confirmed. We really hope for help and participation from various parties to achieve the
