Students are instructed to identify projects with designed interiors which has received applause
from a larger crowd. Visit the space, photo document it and collect or prepare all essential
drawings and details. It will be an added advantage if they can meet the respective designer,
interview them to understand the project brief and on site challenges and also observe the post
occupancy challenges. The students need to get the approval of their project from the faculty
in charge before proceeding for the case studies.

Deliverables:
You are expected to prepare a maximum of 8nos of A3 sheets (in a prescribed format)
Sections to be covered
1. Introduction – (ownership, location, construction year, designer, feedback and analysis)
2. Functional Organisation (in the form of Plans or 3D’s)
3. Colour / Theme / Style (actual and reference images , similar to mood board)
4. Furniture and Detailing (detail drawings and sketches)
5. Material, Costing and Finishing
6. Lighting scheme
7. Furnishing and Drapery
