1 Pond Beautification work
1.01 Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including 657.500 Cum.
royalty) by mechanical transport up to a lead of 5km also
including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not
exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc.

 1.02 Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement 700.000 Sqm.
concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by
block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of
approved size, design
& shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and
including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling
the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction
of Engineer-in-charge.

1.03 Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made 2497.920 Kg.
of Hollow tubes of 1 meter vertical height and 4 inch internal
dia. of 14 gauge thickness at 6 feet interval and 50 mm
horizontal round bar of 14 gauge thickness at 250 mm
interval, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and
making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same
with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c
fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel
dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on
the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable
arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for
payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members
shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as
nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

1.04 CAST IRON BENCHES OF GOOD QUALITY (dimensions L 10.000 Nos

1520mm, Width 600mm, Height 600 mm, capacity 4 seat,
weight of one bench should not be less than 55 kg.
