1. Introduction

A survey was carried out at EMPIRE HOTEL SUBANG by Jenexus Holding Sdn Bhd team on
infra structure sharing under Access Agreement for deployment of our Wireless services.

This TP is submitted for EMPIRE HOTEL SUBANG.

2. Objective

• To seek approval for infra-sharing on the deployment of Wireless service at EMPIRE

HOTEL SUBANG.
• To provide infra sharing specifications for antenna and transmission links
• To provide specification on CME and facility for antenna and transmission requirement

7. Power Supply

Jenexus will apply power from EMPIRE HOTEL SUBANG existing source.

All wiring and civil works will be carried out by Jenexus appointed contractor.

8. Earthing

A separate grounding system will be installed for our antennas and equipment.
Standard Compliance – Power Rated Issue Standard Regulation
Grounding system will be determined during construction. All main grounding
system will be connected to Main Earth Chamber.

9. Site Accessibility

Frequent movement of staff and workers is expected at the initial stage of site
preparations and equipment installation, testing and commissioning.

While at the operational phase, the site may be visited by maintenance staff
periodically. Hence, it is required that the site be accessible 24 hours.

10. Installation of Supporting Structure and Radio Equipment

Cables run through horizontal & vertical with cable ladder and conduit pipe support
Feeders will run from rack to the antennas using these cable ladders. Jenexus will bear
the sole responsibility for all construction works and installation.
