Implications For The Organization

STAKEHOLDERS CONCERNED

The major stakeholders of the firm are the top management, middle-level workers (staff), lower-
level workers (laborers), suppliers, buyers, and the Government. The work done by me as
accounts and admin intern impacts many of the stakeholders of the firm. In case of implication
for the organization, I have done the given works properly; this directly/indirectly leads to the
smooth functioning of the firm. I have recorded transactions in the accounting software which in
turn will be useful for top management to take decisions. I have entered purchases and job work
entries in the accounting software and stock of raw material in the internal software, which are
related to the suppliers mainly with the quantity supplied and the invoice price. While recording
entries, I have also recorded the GST amount in the transactions, which is related to the
government

18
Employee benefits
They are providing ESI – PF for the employees to make them work with more potential, and
improve their work nature ( friendly nature within the workplace) .

Total no of employees: 240

19
Conclusion
The internship was much insightful and I was able to understand the practical applications of so
many theoretical concepts that I learned in classes. The firm’s working environment was quite
impressive. I was able to develop my accounting and managerial skills. I have learned various
concepts in the Accounts and HR department which would be helpful in my future career. The
firm as a whole has given me a lot of real-time experiences about how a manufacturing concern
operates. I worked more days in the accounts and admin department because of that learning and
observations in other departments has become time – constraint. In my professional career, I
would like to enhance my financial management skills and knowledge so that I could be an
efficient Finance manager in the future.
