I. Introduction:
Greetings:
Purpose of the presentation: Today we are going to talk about “X” who ….
who is a very famous person around the world, and we are going to tell some details
about her life, career, and recognition.
II. Body:
Student A:
She was born on 29 January 1954 into a farming family in Mississippi, United States.
She and her grandmother lived in poverty in rural Mississippi. She won a scholarship
to study audiovisual communication at a university in the state of Tennessee.
Student B:
Main Point 2: Now, let’s move onto his/ her main failure(s).
Now, let’s move onto her main failures. Oprah suffered a strong falls early in her
career. For example, how the news anchor had problems with her boss and was
assigned basic duties. Also, how actress suffered Depression After the box office
failure of her movie "Beloved". But despite feeling humiliated, she decided to stay; a
few months later she was offered the position of presenter on a daytime talk show. She
worked for 25 years at The Oprah Winfrey Show. Moreover, her program became
number one, and she received 34 Emmy Awards.
Student C: Main Point 3 : Finally, I’d like to tell you about h her achievements.
Finally, I’d like to tell you about her achievements. after all that work, Oprah Winfrey is
internationally recognized for being a successful and kind woman. First, She received
many awards related to her professional work. For example, her TV show “The Oprah
Winfrey show” won many Emmy awards. Moreover, she is also recognized for her
empowering and charity work. In fact, she helping many organizations that support the

education and empowerment of women, children and families For these reasons,
Oprah is well known and loved around the world.
III. Conclusion:
To conclude, today we have learned about Oprah Winfrey that with hard work and
effort you can go far, no matter where you are from. Also, knowing how to manage our
emotions in difficult moments is a great help to not give up and to try again.
