Windows Installation,
and Windows Setup
INSTALLATION OF OPERATING SYSTEM IN A VIRTUAL COMPUTER

1. Open Virtual Box
2. Create a Virtual Computer

Click New to Enter a Name for your Virtual Select a type, in this case lets
create a new computer and you can leave the select Microsoft Windows
virtual computer Machine folder as it is but you can because we will be installing a

2. Create a Virtual Computer

Select a Operating system

Version. In this case we will select
Windows 10 (64-bit) (Check your
system on what bit version is on
it). After that click next

Set your Ram size

then click next
4. Create a Virtual hardisk

Create a Virtual hardisk Select VDI then click To freely edit our drive size
then click next next click Dynamically allocated
then click next

which is in already
on 50gb then click
create

Now your Virtual computer is

70% ready lets just make little
adjustments to this computer
5. Tweak Some Settings

Click settings

Click System

Click Optical then click the arrow up key at the
side. The Optical option should be on top.

Now we are done with

the Storage settings

Select the iso image file in your files. Network settings

Lets double click our
Virtual computer to
turn it on
6. Installing Windows

You are now in the

Vcomputer in the Windows
installer page. Now lets
install windows

Click install now

Select your language, you can leave some of it as it is

like "Time and currency format" and "Keyboard or input
method" but you can still select a specific option then
click next

Select the OS you want to install in this case lets select

Windows 10 pro STD then click next

Accept some
agreements then
click next

Select custom
install for a fresh
install then click
next

Lets partition a drive. Select

the drive we want to
partition then we just need
to click "new" and divide
your drive size in this case
we have 50gb or 50,000mb
lets divide it into 2, so lets do
25000mb then click apply

Now your drive is divided

into 2 drives

Click next

Now the installing part is

starting

Once its done installing

you will see this,
Windows is now
installed.

We will now set up

keyboard layout as “US”
then click next, you can
skip the add custom
layout

internet connection but
if it’s not available at the

up and it will take
several minutes
and after that it’s
