SUMMARY OF FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS

This chapter presents the summary of the findings, the conclusions of the study and

recommendations offered by the researchers.

Summary of Findings

1. Profile of the Respondents

1.1 Age. Majority of the respondents with 312 or 93.13% were from the age group of

18 to 22 years old; and the computed mean age of the respondents was 20.02

years old.

1.2 Gender. Majority of the respondents were females with 212 or equivalent to

63.28%; and a few equivalents to 16 or 4.78%, are from LGBTQIA+.

1.3 Course. Majority of the respondents with 100 or 29.85% are taking BSED; and a

few equivalents to 40 or 11.94%, are from BEED.

1.4 Campus. Most of the respondents with 201 or 60.00% were studied at Santa

Cruz; and a few equivalents to 27 or 8.6% at the Candelaria Campus.

1.5 Civil Status. Majority of the respondents with 332 or 96.12% were single, and 13

or 3.88 were married.

1.6 Membership. Most of the respondents with 260 or 77.61% are non-members, and

75 or 22.39% are members or staff of editorial board.
