Blog Update #4

As of December 4th, 2023, I am severely unhappy with my capstone. I have halted filming
because of my dissatisfaction with it. I hate the direction it’s going, and I absolutely hate how the
storyboard and the script sounds. I hate everything about it. I am unsure of what to do with it at
the moment because I know I can do better, but I simply don’t have enough time to do anything
about it. It’s either I hand in what I have on the 15th, or I get an IE and hand it in on January 8 th
when we come back from winter break. It’s hard on me, and I am trying to persevere and get
everything done.

Currently my plan is to keep what I have so far, as to show that I have worked on it, and I find
this a learning experience for how to manage a short film on my own. I am going to be re-writing
the script and re-working the storyboard and hopefully fully finishing that by the end of this
week. I will get help from my friend to help me with the script while I do the storyboard and I
will decide on maybe a new filming date and location sometime this week as well. I am not sure
how I will manage, but I will do my best.
