Dear manager,

Im writting to express my disappoitmet about quailty of room and restaurant in the hotel,where I
stayed,from 12th to 20th July.

Firstly,in the notice you had shwon a huge room with beatiful view and air condition.When I

arrived,I reasiled that there was no windows and the air condition was actually a heater with blocked
controle panel.It was the middle of the summer and heater has been set on maximum power.I almost
pass out,while sitting in the room.

Breakfestes in the restaurant were quite good,but dinners were complite failure.Once, I had found a fly
in my soup.I asked waiter to change dish for a new one.He looked in my soup and take out an insect with
bare hands.I was dissgusted.

Im counting on you,to send mi 20% of piad money back,unless we meet in judgment!
