CANCELLATION POLICIES

4) CONDICIONES
DE PAGO Y GARANTÍAS
· 50% de anticipo para confirmar la reservación.

· Balance 15 días antes de la actividad.

· The Adventures Group nunca sobrevende una aventura, por lo cual, los grupos deben de quedar pagados en su totalidad 15 días antes de la actividad.

· La garantía será establecida por el cliente y The Adventures Group en común acuerdo.

· Una vez pagado el grupo en su totalidad, no será posible bajar la garantía acordada.

· Si el día del evento se presentan menos pasajeros de lo establecido, se considerará como “no show” y el cargo será por la garantía acordada o no habrá
reembolso, según el caso.

5) BUY OUT
· Se entiende como buyout en actividades a la reservación de la capacidad máxima del tour en un día.

· Para no generar penalización o cargo del 100%, en caso de cancelación hacerlo con un mínimo de 30 días antes de la fecha reservada.

4) PAYMENTS TERMS
& CONDITIONS
· 50% down payment to confirm the reservation.

· Balance 15 days prior to the activity.

· The Adventures Group never oversell an adventure, so groups must be paid in full 15 days prior to the activity.

· The guarantee will be established by the The Adventures Group and the client in common agreement.

· Once the group is paid in full, it will not be possible to lower the agreed guarantee.

· If there are fewer passengers than the established on the day of the event, it will be considered as "no show" and the charge will be for the agreed guarantee or
there will be no refund, as the case may be.

5) BUY OUT
· Buyout is understood as the reservation of the maximum of the tour’s capacity in one day.

· In case of cancellation, do it whithin a minimum of 30 days prior the reserved date in order to not generate a penalty or charge of 100%.
