1642564 - Open transfer requirement prevents postreading of master data

Symptom
A production order or a process order contains components that are relevant for Warehouse
Management (WM) staging. When the order is released, the corresponding transfer requirements
are created.
The transfer requirements are then deleted. However, the system cannot read the master data.
As a result, the system issues error C2 135:
Order [order number]: transport requirements generated

Reason and Prerequisites

This is due to the system design.
When you delete transfer requirements, the transfer requirement quantity is not reset in the
related reservations.

Solution
Use the program ZPSFC243B attached to this Note to determine the transfer requirement
quantity of the reservations from transfer requirements. The transfer requirement quantity
for reservations for which the corresponding transfer requirement was deleted, is also reset
The program has a test mode (indicator TESTMODE, which is set for each default setting) that
is used to analyze the data and display the analysis result. If the TESTMODE indicator is
deselected, the transfer requirement quantities are adjusted to the reservations.
