“This Small Street”

Written by Félix Turgeon & Natalie Evans

Patt: Here in this town, we’re on a street that feels so sweet.

With sunshine around, we keep everything real neat.

This small street, it stays the same nothing will ever change.

Nothing strange, my door is always open for neighbors like Dave.

Dave: My name is Dave, I was told that I should wave (Hi!).

I’ve lived here for years, and I love miss Britney Spears (It’s Britney Bitch).

Carole: I run this town, I make sure there are no frowns around.

Cause I’m in charge, there are never any ups and downs.

All: This small street, don’t come near by if you’ve got stinky feet.

Or if you’re strange, notice how we all kind of look the same.

Nothing is wild, our lives are mild, and we keep things gremlin free.

This small street, we live alone but we’re all in our mid-forties.

Tootsie: I feel strange, I think I’m in need of change.

I’m not fitting in, not like I did once before.

“This Small Street (Reprise)”

Written by Natalie Evans & Félix Turgeon

This small street, it stays the same nothing has ever changed.

It’s not for me, it won’t make me the person I’m wanting to be.

“Gremlins (Rock Song)”

I’m not from around here.

I’m gonna make this street my bitch!

“This Little Gremlin”

Written by Vanessa Gatti
I’m trapped in a basement with nowhere left to run.

I don’t know how I got here but I think I’m hearing someone.

The way that it’s breathing is like my neighbour Dave,

But he’s a frail old man whose got one foot in the grave.

I see it lurking from behind me. Oh no what’s that, it’s little body is so slimy

This little gremlin is eating me. It’s tiny teeth dig in my skin with great delight.

It’s nibble fingers trim the fat off with a knife. This little gremlin is eating me alive.

Oh what a night.

I start asking questions and try to play it cool

If I get it to like me it might not be so cruel

It gives a surprised look, a blank stare, and then a smile

It says it’s happy to tell me cause it’s really been a while

If I can really get to know it maybe I’ll be walking out with all my limbs.

This little gremlin is liking me. Making conversation with it really did the trick.

The way it speaks to me is honestly so nice, Not again, I’m in love, oh what a night.
Their name is Greta Humperdink. And I am madly in love I think.

They sew me up and sweep me off my feet, and we run upstairs…

They lay me down in a warm familiar bed, Oh… This is my house?

I didn’t notice while I was seeing red.

They feed me apricots and we trauma dump and mourn.

And I strap on my GoPro to film our porn

This little gremlin is going down on me.

Finding the clit was not a problem but a fight.

Haven’t wacked those edges in a month, oh what a fright

This might be my true love, oh what a night, oh what a night, oh what a night.

“The Beast!”
Written by Lilly Logue & Félix Turgeon

Don’t fall in love with the big green monster, don’t fall in love with the big green beast

Please run away if you ever see them, cause if you don’t you’ll be their feast
They’ll try to eat you inside their house of trash

They’ll try to steal you, you’ll be a monster mash

Never fall in love with a creepy monster, never fall in love with an ugly beast

We don’t want to die on our street, when we’re nothing but their treat

They’ll creep your nightmares inside your little head

A haunting terror Tootsie: But he’s so good in bed! All: UGH!

Don’t fall in love with the big green monster, don’t fall in love with the big green beast

We only want what’s best for us, they’re evil, green, and very mean!

“This Small Street (Gremlin’s Version)”

Written by Lilly Logue, Natalie Evans, Vanessa Gatti, & Félix Turgeon

Tootsie & Greta: We rules the town, populated by us now.

We made it our own, and we let Dave stick around.

Gremlin Ave, now it’ll be the way we want it to.

No Carole around, we ate her daisies and we took Patt’s flat.

Everything’s wild. Where is my child? Oh God, we have sixty-three.

Gremlin Ave, let gremlins nibble you and this could be your home too.
