BRIEF OVERVIEW

PT. NUGRAHA INSAN KENCANA MINING (PT. NIKM), which has its
legal domicile in Jakarta along with this intends to make strategic
partners with investor in the province of East Kalimantan, in this
case alluvial gold production in West Kutai Melak according with
detail the result of exploration in that areas.

The PT NIKM location is located in Lakan Bilem Village, Kecamatan

Nuatan, Kabupaten (Regency) West Kutai, East Kalimantan Prov-
ince, Indonesia near mine closure of PT KELIAN EQUATORIAL MIN-
ING (KEM). Total concession is 1,945 Ha.

Based on due diligent at the field and desk study of geological and
magnetic fields as well as drilling on July 2016 by PT. Antam Re-
sourcindo (subsidiary of PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk) we managed to
identify actual deposit of approximately 1,1 Ton gold in the area of
63 Ha. (PT. Antam Resourcindo letter No.Ref : 120/SD-AR/VII/2016,
July 25 2016)

PT. Antam Resourcindo have a technical team, well experienced in

the development of Value Added Gold Mining has had Agreement
with Take off and Purification by PT Antam Resourcindo, State-
owned companies in the field of refining gold and other minerals.
Currently the price of pure gold is predicted to continue to rise very
rapidly in situation which are less stable moneter so that invest-
ment is a wanted investing in Gold. This will lead to Demand for
gold to its highest level in recent years.

SUMMARY
PROJECT LOCATION
The PT NIKM location is located in Lakan Bilem Village, Kecamatan Nyuatan,
Kabupaten (Regency) West Kutai, East Kalimantan Province, Indonesia
close to the Kelian protected forest (a former mine closure of PT KELIAN
EQUATOR MINE (KEM). Total concession is 1,945 Ha. Visited location is
located in approximately 1 hour from the Melak by car and around 35
minute from Balikpapapn to Melak by aircraft.

TECHNICAL REPORT
EXPLORATION
PT ANTAM RESOURCINDO team visited the PT NUGRAHA INSAN KENCANA MINING (PT NIKM) concession in Lakan
Bilem area, East Kalimantan Province. Field visit was done after the series review of available data. The field visited
no only site inspection for due diligence data but also other supporting data which could support the better
interpretation. Gold Alluvial in PT NIKM is assumed in the gravelly layer with non homogeneous thickness. This
gravel layer is covered by the overburden with varies thickness.Total Banka Bore in Namuk-Nakam Prospect is
172 location, 60 locations of hand bore and 17 location of test pits.
Based on the selected available data, environment constraint, and if due diligence result comply with current
data, total mineable gold is 1.101 ton with area of 63 Ha. Two scenarios will considered ie: Scenario 1: only gravel
layer will send to processing plant (Table 1), Scenario 2: all layer will send to processing plant (Table 2)

EXPLORATION

BASED ON THE EXPLORATION REPORT, FEASIBILITY STUDY REPORT AND FIELD VISIT, THE
PROSPECT DEPOSIT IN PT NIKM CONSISTED OF ALLUVIAL DEPOSIT WHICH COULD BE DEPOSITED
FROM THE UPPER SOURCE SUCH AS OPEN PIT AREA OF PT KEM PREVIOUSLY AND OTHER UNCOVER
LOCATION WHICH HAVE ASSOCIATION WITH INTRUSION (SINTANG INTRUSION). ALLUVIAL
DEPOSIT TYPE IS FREE GOLD WITH FINE SIZE AND POSSIBILITIES OF LARGE SIZE.

RESOURCES

DEVELOPMENT OF VALUE ADDED GOLD MINING HAS HAD AGREEMENT WITH TAKE OFF
AND PURIFICATION BY PT ANTAM RESOURCINDO, STATE-OWNED COMPANIES IN THE
FIELD OF REFINING GOLD AND OTHER MINERALS.
