SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That I: ZYRIL J. JABLO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, resident of Brgy.
Buntatala, Leganes, Iloilo, hereby appoint my wife, ROSALIA V. JABLO, to be my true and
lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead, to do and perform the following
special powers, to wit:

1. To represent me in the Extra-Judicial Settlement of Estate of my father, Carlito J. Jablo

and accept any donation/waiver in my favor over Lot 3122-A-1-A covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. 125147 located at Brgy. Buntatala, Leganes, Iloilo until the
ownership is transferred to my name;

2. To represent me before the following government offices:

a. The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), to submit all requirements in relation to the
settlement of estate of my father and any waiver/donation in my favor; to and
apply/upload/verify/transfer my Tax Identification Number (TIN) as the case may be;

b. The Office of the Iloilo Provincial Treasurer and/or Bayad Center and pay the
Transfer Tax;

c. The Office of the Registry of Deeds (ROD), Province of Iloilo for the issuance of
New Title; and

d. The Office of the Municipal Assessor of Leganes, Iloilo or Iloilo Provincial

Assessor and facilitate the change of ownership in the Tax Declarations;

3. To execute, sign, receive and/or deliver any document, paper or instrument or to do

other acts that may be required or necessary to achieve the purposes for which this
Special Power of Attorney is given.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to
do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary to be done in and
about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do if personally
present; and

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall

lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
