IMPoin PESTA HADIAH Program (Program) – Terms & Conditions

1) The period of the Program that will be carried out by PT Indosat Tbk (Indosat) is from 9
October 2023 to 31 December 2023.
2) The Program is valid for both prepaid and postpaid customers of Indosat IM3 (each
referred to as Customer).
3) To participate in the Program, the Customer must purchase a package or pay a minimum
IM3 postpaid bill of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) or for new customer by activating
the Indosat IM3 SIM card.
4) Purchasing a package or paying a minimum bill of IDR 50,000 (fifty thousand Rupiah) (valid
for multiples) will result in 1 PESTA HADIAH ticket, as well as activating the Indosat IM3
SIM card.
5) Every time a package purchase transaction or bill payment or SIM card activation is
successfully carried out, the Customer will receive an SMS containing the number of
PESTA HADIAH tickets.
6) Information on the number of PESTA HADIAH tickets already owned by the Customer is
available in the "My Rewards" section on the myIM3 application on the IMPoin page.
7) To be able to access the IMPoin page, Prepaid Customers must register as IMPoin
members, while Postpaid Customers will be registered automatically.Customers can
collect as many PESTA HADIAH tickets as possible, according to previous purchase
transactions.
8) Customers can collect as many Pesta Hadiah tickets as possible, according to their
previous purchase transactions.
9) To view the unique code for the PESTA HADIAH ticket, Customers can go to the "My
Rewards" section on the IMPoin main page, and tap the image of the PESTA HADIAH ticket
that they already own.
10) All unique PESTA HADIAH ticket codes from Customers will be drawn on 11 January 2024,
to determine the winner of each prize from this Program.
11) PESTA HADIAH tickets that will be drawn are tickets from customers who have registered
in IMPoin loyalty program.
12) There will be a total of 2024 winners with the following details:
