Bluer than Blue: Dealing with Anxiety and Depression

The webinar shows us a lot of lessons on how to deal, manage, and cope with
anxiety and depression, especially this pandemic. It's almost three years since the
pandemic started, and some of us are encountering depression and anxiety; it only
triggers when you're stressed, feeling the pressure, panic, and environmental effect.
One of the main reasons we were handling this situation is that since it's pandemic,
we all have limited social interactions with our friends and family,

It is hard for us to keep our minds busy and distract ourselves. The speaker said
that when someone is seeking help, it is a sign of courage because it means they want
to take care of themselves. But in my perspective and based on the bible, failure in life
sometimes is destined by God to happen to you, to make you a better and stronger
person. For example, you failed in school. Why will you feel depressed? You were not
the first one who failed anyway. Many had failed before you did. Even now, they are
still alive. Failures should not be the focal point of your life. According to 1 Peter 5:7,
"Cast all your anxieties on him, for he cares about you." meaning if you have anxieties,
whatever may be. Cast all your anxieties on God because he cares for you. Whatever
will happen, just trust God. He will take care of you, and you have nothing to worry
about.

NEGOSYOble (Create, Learn, and Earn)

This webinar had me thinking about doing a small business while I'm studying in
college, but there's a lot of things to learn before starting a business because it's not
about getting rich; it's about giving a product or service that people want, and if you
provide a decent product or service and attempt to give customers what they want all
of the time, the money will follow.

You have to make sure you're charging enough to make a profit, which is a lot harder
than people think. I still lack knowledge about starting it, and customers have their
desires, problems, and issues, and if you don't understand them, you'll make poor
marketing and message selections. So, even if you have a fantastic product and an
excellent team, you won't stay in the company if your marketing fails.

I also learned that if your company has trouble, don't try harder. Look for role models,
join groups with others who have similar interests, and learn everything you can about
your area and what it takes to get from where you are to where you want to be, which I
know will be difficult because I'm a college student. I'll also be attending business
conferences to receive some advice.
