erations and screen examples may vary based on another operating system.

Installation and Removal of the Program

Installing the “YCE07 PC Programming Software”
1. Download the YCE07 PC Programming Software from the YAESU Dealer website,

3. Follow the instructions on the computer screen.
If the YCE07 programmer is successfully installed, a shortcut icon “YCE07” will
appear on the computer desktop. The instruction screen for installing the GX6500/
GX6000 device driver will also appear.
4. Follow the instructions on the computer screen.
The device driver will be installed.
To remove the “Programming Software” from the computer
1. Click [Start] and then “Control Panel”.
2. Click “Programs” and then “Remove Programs”.
3. Select “YCE07” then click the menu item “Remove”.

Startup of the Program

Double-click the “YCE07” icon on the desktop of your computer, or click “YCE07” in
the Start menu displayed by click [Start].
To close the YCE07
Click [X] in the top right corner of the YCE07 window, or click “Exit” in the “File”
menu of the YCE07.
