Social Media Rulebook - LOGIC ERP

Solutions

Twitter
● Display

Current profile page of Logic on twitter-

Suggested improvements
1. More vibrant / creative layout. Different backdrops can be used with the
display picture to make the account look more welcoming and
interesting. Same pictures in the backdrop and display picture aren’t too
common.
2. Reduce the hashtags in the description. Hashtags are beneficial for
brand engagement, but too many, as in the current bio, can make the
profile look cluttered. Keep it classy with one or two relevant ones.
Suggested bio - “Providing integrated ERP Software to thousands of
customers, helped them to meet their business goals. #erpsoftware
#cloud”
3. Lesser hashtags can be used in the main post itself, and more can be
put in the attached comment for a cleaner look. Alternatively, hashtags
can be toned down and only ones of relevancy can be used once the
posts get enough interactions without them.
4. Suggested profile layouts -

● Consistency

Current timing of posts are spread out, uneven and inconsistent.

Suggestions-
1. Posts should be made at a fixed time between whatever time period is
comfortable according to current interactions (five times a week, once a
day, etc.). Meaning, if a post is to be made at 5 pm on a Thursday, it
should be made at 5 every thursday. Consistency and predictability go a
long way.
2. Posts should be made more often, preferably once a day, to increase
interactions

● Engagement

Consumer interaction and engagement needs to be increased exponentially.

Suggestions-
1. Popular hashtags such as #ThrowbackThursday, and posts related to
urban and traditional holidays ( #Fathersday, #IndependenceDay, etc.)
should be frequented to relate to the audience on social media and
engage engagements.
2. More posts ranging from actual working of the organisation targeting a
specific area of work to more general posts about how an erp software
works, will help to engage audience with all levels of knowledge bases,
ranging from expert knowledge to a curious newbie.
3. More creative and personalised designs of media (pictures, videos)
should be included in the posts. Information depicted in media form with
the colour scheme of the firm, fun fonts, and easy to grasp crux of the
matter can be enjoyable to the audience, increase information
absorption, and increase engagements.
4. More regular posts with generic content (‘Why logic?’ , ‘What do we
offer?’ ‘Why are we special?’ , ‘Why should you choose us?) can be
posted.
5. Testimonials, and positive feedback and reviews can be posted often.
Moreover, negative feedback that was heard, and concerns fixed, can
be posted for people to see the responsiveness and the importance we
give to customer experience.

6. Q and A’s can be held with the audience using various hashtags, to
increase engagement and trend hashtags related to Logic.
7. The relevancy of the posts should be shifted from just achievements
and strictly to the point content to more broad based content, that
focuses more on the topics above and also personalised by the firm to
show their working, post work selfies on Selfie Saturdays, etc.
