የ 5 S አደረጃጀት በማሸጊያ ክፍል

1. ማንኛውም የድርጅቱ ሰራተኛም ይሁን ኮንትራክተር ድርጅቱ ያስቀመጠውን የሴፍቲ መጠበቂያ ልባሶችን የማድረግ ግዴታ አለበት

2. ማንኛውም የ ምርት ክፍል ሰራተኛ ካለቦታቸው የተቀመጡም ሆነ የወደቁ የማምረቻ እቃዎችን የማንሳትና ወደ ተሰጠው ቦታ ወስዶ

በአግባቡ የማስቀመጥ ግዴታ አለበት

3. የድችጅታችንን ማሽኖችና የስራ እቃዎች በአግባቡ ማጽዳት

4. ማንኛውም ሰራተኛ የስራ ሰዓቱን በአግባቡ ስራ ላይ ማዋል ግዴታ አለበት

5. ማንኛውም የክፍሉ ሰራተኛ በስራ ቦታው ላይ ጌጣጌጥ ማድረግ፣ ደንብ ያልጠበቀ አለባበስ መልበስ፣ የጆሮ ማዳመጫ

(earphone)ማድረግ፣ ስልክ እየተንቀሳቀሱ ማውራት የተከለከለ ነው

6. በማምረቻ ክፍል ውስጥ መብላትም ሆነ መጠጣት የተከለከለ ነው

7. ከተፈቀደለት ሰው በስተቀር ማንኛውም ሰው ወደ ክፍሉ መግባት አይችልም

8. የትኛውም በማምረት ሂደት ላይ የተበላሹ እቃዎች ከመወገዳቸው በፊት መቆጠር እና ታግ መደረግ አለባቸው

9. ሁሉም የማምረቻ ክፍል በሮች ዝግ መሆን የሚገባቸው ሲሆን የ ደንገተኛ ጊዜ መውጫ በር ብቻ ክፍት ይሆናል

10. የፈረቃ መለዋወጫ ጊዜ ላይ ማንኛውም የተጠቀምነውን እቃዎች የመቁጠርና ወደ ነበሩበት ቦታ መመለስ ግዴታ አለብን

11. የግል መገልገያ እቃዎች ይዞ ወደ ፋብሪካ መግባት ክልክል ነው

12. የማንገለገልባቸውን ማሸጊያ ማቴሪያሎች ወደ እስቶር ተመላሽ በማሰራት መመለስ አለባቸው

 5S STANDARDS IN PACKAGING UNIT

1. Everyone has the responsibility to adhere PPE hygiene and safety equipment in the packaging unit

2. everyone has a responsibility of proper storage of row material and finished goods on its demarcated area all

times

3. everyone has the responsibility for the cleaning of production machinery and equipment

4. everyone has the responsibility for the utilization of his/her job time

5. jewelry, unproper wearing, plugging earphone, phone call is not allowed during production time

6. eating & drinking is not allowed in the packing unit

7. Only an authorized person can inter to the packing unit

8. damage materials, it must be counted and tagged before discard them

9. The factory doors always be closed except the emergency exit door

10. all packaging materials should be counted and placed to their demarcated area before shift handover

11. personal equipment is not allowed in the packaging unit

12. packaging materials that are not used in the production time should be returned to warehouse immediately
