duodenum is when food comes out of the stomach
is finished being digested by enzymes

ileum is where digested food molecules gets
absorbed. it is long with villi to make the surface
area bigger where absorption takes place.

bile breaks down fat into fattty acids. Lipase turns lipids into fatty acids + glycerol.
Bile will break down big droplets into small droplets of lipids after that lipase will
break it down. therefore when lipase and bile are added to oil and water mixture the
lipids get emulsified.
