I.T. – Program Manager / Project Manager
• Oversee initialization to completion of multiple, co-existing projects
• Create Plan-Of-Actions (POA’s) outlining technician objectives and tasks for projects
• Manage multiple employees; who are all working on multiple projects
• Consulting of customer needs to pinpoint areas requiring revision, upgrade, or replacement
• Coordinate logistics ensuring proper personnel, supplies, and planning for job success

• Utilize remote connection software to manage offsite computers, servers, and networks

• Proof outgoing RFQ’s to ensure product will surpass customer needs for long term usage
• Work with techs to setup, maintain, and review onsite and offsite data backup
• Creation and implementation of customized policies / procedures unique for customer needs
• Compile hardware & software audits for compliance regulations
• Follow Microsoft “Best Practices and Procedures”
• Evaluate customer existing setup to target areas for improvement and change
• Ability to read, understand, and work from blueprints
• Experience working on Manufacturing PLC’s
• Advise customers on their Disaster Recovery needs and weaknesses
