The Directors Corner

It is never easy to say good bye but, alas, the time has come to bid adieu to Bucky the Beaver, Marvin the Mastodon and all of their Ice Age Mammal friends! This spectacular exhibition from the Canadian Museum of Nature left for Rockford, Illinois on October 3rd. We hope they love it as much as we did! I am happy to report that more pieces of our own collection, artifacts donated by you in some cases, will begin to be shown in rotation. Come to the museum soon to see pieces that have been in storage for several years. Read on for upcoming fundraisers, membership events and volunteer opportunities. Im very excited about all of our upcoming programs and hope to see you at the museum for each of them. Note that our operating hours have changed for the fall and winter seasons. Hope to see you all in the museum soon! Lindsey Voisin
