User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Instructions

This phase provides you with one (1) week or predetermined period to review the use case deliverables. All material
issues regarding the functionality will be submitted through the provided Gitlab System. Logix Technology will
allocate resources to review the submitted issues and implement necessary changes to the solution for those issues
deemed in scope, in the following iteration. All issues deemed out of scope will follow the change order process.

Please indicate your acceptance and completion of UAT by signing the attached Sign-off document by the end of the
predetermined period after all the in-scope issues was fixed. Upon receipt of the acceptance, Logix Technology will
consider this deliverable as complete.
