and Awards Committee (BAC) Thanksgiving Activity
and Lunch

SUMMARY:

1. As the 6 year term of our Civil Defense Administrator (CDA) and Head of
the Procuring Entity (HoPE), Undersecretary Ricardo B Jalad, is about to end, the
Administrative and Financial Management Service through the Procurement
Management Division (PMD) would like to recognize the collective success and
accomplishments of the HoPE and all employees that became part and plays big
role in conducting procurement under his term through a Bids and Awards
Committee (BAC) Thanksgiving activity and lunch on 19 July 2022, 11:30am at the
3rd floor of the New OCD Admin Building.

2. This activity will be attended by the previous and present OCD Bids and
Awards Committee (BAC) Members, BAC Technical Working Group (BAC-TWG),
Technical Inspection and Acceptance Committee (TIAC) and Bids and Awards
Secretariat (BAC Sec) including PMD personnel under his term (Tab A).

3. In this regard, this office would like to requests the participation of the
CDA, CDDA-A and CDDA-O to the said activity, attached is the propose program
(Tab B) including the Certificates of Appreciation to the said attendees for CDA’S
approval (Tab C).

COORDINATION:

4. Prior coordination was made to PAO for the request to draft the messages
of the Executive Officials for the said activity.

5. Availability of the Conference room at the 3 rd floor of OCD New Admin

Building as the Venue for the said activity was coordinated to the General Service
Division.

6. Availability of the CDA and the Deputy Administrators on the date of

activity was coordinated through the Executive Offices.

RECOMMENDATION:

7. For CDA’s approval and signature on the conduct of the “BAC

Thanksgiving activity and lunch” and on item #3.
