This has reference to your submitted proposaltitled "Loeal and lnternational Commercialization

Allow us first to express our appreciation for your effort in heeding our call by submitting youi-
proposed Startup Grant Fund (SGF) project for possible funding. lnitially, the proposat has undergone
evaluation of the technical panel, and we would like to share with you the attached comments and
suggestions for the further improvement of the proposal (Annex 1)" Moi"eover, kindly provide the
required business plan following the attached template (Annex 2).

Should you consider revising the pi'oposal based on the initial comments, we would like to invite you
to an en banc evaluation on January 31,2023,9:00 AM here at the DOST-PCAARRD for the finat
proposal evaluation. You may also opt to have the project presentation using the online platform
though we highly encourage your participation in person. This meeting aims to provide an oppoftunity
to further discuss your proposal addressing any queries or concerns that the evaluators may have.

points of your proposal using the attached template (Annex 3). Moreover, other mem-bers of your

We would appreciate the submission of your revrsed proposal and confirmation of attendance on or
before January 18.2024. This would give our experts ample time to thoroughly review the proposals
prior tb the en banc evaluatton. Your nonresponse after January 1B wouid mean that you are no
longer interested in pursuing the project.
