NARRATIVE REPORT ON TEACHERS AND PARENTS TREE PLANTING ACTIVITY

We believe that planting trees is important to save our Mother Earth. Trees
are useful to both humans and other living organisms; they give us so much with
nothing in return, they help us live in a cool environment, providing with a
charming environment that is why we need to act responsibly by planting more
trees.

As a start, we planted almost 500 seedlings last July 23, 2022. Parents
were brought their materials used for weeding and digging. At the vicinity of our
school and to our barangay roadside. In our school, Reagan M. Baylon, the school
head, and the teachers were start the activity until we reach in the barangay area
along the roadside. We really need these trees to mitigate the effects of climate
change.

The barangay officials have already started identifying safety sites where
the seedling will be placed. Tree planting activity is not just being simple tree
planting, we will now also require students to take care of and nurture the
seedlings they planted until such time that they are grown.

Participants are teachers, parents, barangay officials and AFP men.
