General guidelines:

1. Use white 8 ½” by 11” paper. (short bond paper)


2. Make one-inch margins at the top, bottom, and right; 1.5-inch
margin on the left.
3. The first word in every paragraph should be indented 0.5 inch.
4. Do not use pagination. (i.e. no page numbers)
5. Use:
a) Font style Aria or Calibri, size 12
b) Single spacing
c) Justified alignment (except for title, organizers, and
figures)
d) Single-column lay-out
6. Sections (e.g. INTRODUCTION) are in uppercase and bold.
Subsections (e.g. Activity Overview) are in bold.
7. Sections after INTRODUCTION (those in all caps, e.g.
METHODOLOGY) should start at a new page.
8. Statements should be worded in the past tense.
9. Tables, graphs, charts, and documentation pictures are embedded
into the main text
10. The text should contain thorough endnotes where applicable.
11. References at the end are in APA format.
