• Divide the students in pairs and provide them with a board game (see appendix, item #
3), counters and dice to play.
• Ask each pair to roll the dice and move their counter along the board by taking turns.
Each time a player lands on a doing word, they must write down the past form of that
word.
• Instruct them to change the doing words into past tense, they have to add ‘d’, ‘ed’ and
sometimes a consonant too.
Main Task

• Instruct other students to ask relevant questions about their piece of writing.

• Utilize these days for reinforcement given page # 94 – 95 of textbook.
