Main Task 30 mins
• Ask the students to complete Ex. A given on page # 51 of workbook independently by
writing true or false against each statement. textbook

Activity 2 15 mins
• Divide the students in pairs and provide them with a board game (see appendix, item #
3), counters and dice to play.
• Ask each pair to roll the dice and move their counter along the board by taking turns.
Each time a player lands on a doing word, they must write down the past form of that
word.
• Instruct them to change the doing words into past tense, they have to add ‘d’, ‘ed’ and
sometimes a consonant too.
Main Task

• Ask the students to complete Ex. A, given on page # 91 of textbook by changing the doing

• Then, ask them to complete Ex. B, given on page # 51 of workbook by completing

• Ask students to write a small paragraph about the topic given on page # 93 of textbook
independently.
• Instruct them to write about what they like to eat or cook by using nouns and describing
words.
Wrap Up:
10 mins
• Randomly ask students to share the paragraph they wrote.
• Instruct other students to ask relevant questions about their piece of writing.
Day 4 and 5
• Utilize these days for reinforcement given page # 94 – 95 of textbook.
Note: Utilize the next week to cover the backlog, reinforcement and Assessment Task I.
