Tables 1 and 2 present the evaluation of the system in terms of its accessibility. In
both tables, the first statements obtained a weighted mean of 4 which means strongly
agree, the second statements got a weighted mean of 4 which means strongly agree, and
the third statements gained a weighted mean of 3.75 which means strongly agree. The
average of 3.92 means that the evaluators strongly agree that the automated and non-
automated attendance systems are accessible. As there were some suggestions, the
researchers did some modifications to the manual and to the system to let other users
navigate the attendance system easier.

The practice of making a software made by an individual that is usable by as many


people as possible is called accessibility. Traditionally, the accessibility of software is only
for people with disabilities. However, the accessibility of this benefits other sets of people
too (MDN, 2021).
