RENTAL AGREEMENT

This rental agreement, dated July 23, 2023, is between Joel F. Cagadas, tenant, and
Susan A. Cruz, landlord, for the rental apartment located at Maharlika Village, Taguig
City 1636.

Under this agreement, the tenant agrees to rent the unit on a month-to-month basis
amounting to Php 5,000. The monthly rent will be due and payable every 23rd of each
month starting on Aug. 23, 2023. This is also to confirm that the tenant paid a 1 month
advanced and 1 month deposit amounting to Php 10,000. If the apartment is returned to
the landlord in a clean and good condition, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant
within 10 days. This rental agreement is effective for 1 year.

The tenant acknowledges reading and understanding this agreement and the rental
policy indicated int his agreement. The tenant’s signature below indicates acceptance of
all terms and conditions of this agreement.
