We SOLARHIVE PTE. LTD, as distributor for SMA Solar Technology AG being established a reputable
manufacturer of Solar PV inverters, battery inverters and accessories having factories in Niestetal/Kassel,
Germany.
SOLARHIVE PTE. LTD do hereby authorize PT Elbrus Power Sistem having its registered office Talavera
Office Park 28th floor, Jl. TB Simatupang kav 22-26, Jakarta Selatan 12430, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia as our
authorized distributor for Indonesia Market. PT Elbrus Power Sistem has responsibility to promote, sale
and offer technical assistance for SMA Solar Technology AG product in the Indonesian market.
All SMA inverter is provided with a standard factory warranty, we also guarantee high quality of products
and its originality issued by SMA Solar Technology AG. All SMA Inverter warranty can be extended up to 10,
15 and 20 years with additional cost according to SMA Extended Warranty. Details of SMA’s warranty

PT Elbrus Power Sistem is in no respect authorized to act legally on behalf of SOLARHIVE PTE. LTD nor in
SOLARHIVE PTE. LTD name. In promoting sales of SMA products PT Elbrus Power Sistem act solely on its
own behalf, in its own name, on its own accounts and its own risk.

This letter is valid until 06 October 2024 and can be renewed when needed.
