P.T.M CIRCULAR
Dear Parents /Guardians

 You are here by informed that PTM for the classes IX & XI has been scheduled on

Monday 20/ 03/2023 as per following time schedule.

Roll No. TIMINGS

01 – 15 08:45 am to 09:30 am

16 - 30 09:30 am to 10:30 am

31 – 45 10:30 am to 11:30 am

46 onwards 11:30 am to 12:15 pm

 Students will come in proper School Uniform alongwith diaries to know their performance.

 Only Mother / Father will be allowed to attend the PTM.

 Brother /Sister /Cousin will be NOT allowed to attend the PTM.

 Attending PTM is must for all the parents in order to be familiar with ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE of

your ward.

 PARENTS / GUARDIAN ARE HERE BY REQUESTED TO BRING THEIR WARD’S UPDATED FEE

CARD UPTO MARCH 2023.

 IN CASE OF NON – UPDATING OF FEES UPTO MARCH – 2023 RESULT WILL NOT

BE GIVEN TO THE PARENTS / GUARDIAN.

 After 12:15 pm Parents will not be able to meet the teachers being Half day.

 School will reopen from 24/03/2023 (Friday)

NOTE:- In order to avoid rush on the day of PTM kindly deposit the fees of your ward before the PTM.
